Applications in prescribed forms are invited from the citizens of India (as defined under Article 5 to 7 of the constitution of India along with 1 (one) copy of recent coloured passport sized photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) duly self attested on the front side and pasted in the application form for admission to Arunachal Pradesh public Service combined Competitive Examination APPSCCE, for recruitment to the following categories of post/ services of Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.
1. APCS (EG) Group ‘A’ - 39 posts
Out of 39 posts, 8 (eight) posts is unreserved and 2(two) posts is reserved for PD candidates.
2. APPS (EG) Group ‘A’ - 12 posts
Out of 12 posts, 2 (two) posts is unreserved
The numbers of posts are subject to variation.
(A) How to Apply:
AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION FORM & SYLLABUS:
Application forms for admission to the APPSCCE (Prelim) Examination, 2013 with syllabus can be obtained from the Commission’s Office Itanagar, Office of all Deputy Commissioners, Arunachal Pradesh, Additional Deputy Commissioners; Basar and Tuting, Principal Resident Commissioner, Arunachal Bhawan, New Delhi and Deputy Resident Commissioner, Shillong Kolkata & Guwahati, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh on all working days from 10 AM to 4 PM upto 19.03.2013 on payment Rs. 280/- (for General category candidates) and Rs. 220/- (for APST candidates) in cash. No separate examination fee in the form of DD/Treasury Challan will be required along with the application. The examination fee has been included with the cost of application form.
No supporting documents (except photograph) are to be submitted for admission to APPSCCE (Preliminary), 2013.
(B) ELIGIBILITY:
(a) Age Limit: Candidates must have attained 21 years of age and should not be more than 28 years of age as on 19.03.2013. However, upper age limit is relaxable in case of APST, Ex-servicemen and AP Govt. Servant as per rule 4(2) a,b,c,d of Schedule-II of APPSCCE RULES/2001.
(b) Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University or an equivalent qualification from recognized Indian university. In respect of minimum educational qualification of the candidates, who have appeared or intend to appear at such a qualifying examination shall also be eligible. However, their candidature will be provisionally accepted for admission to the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination – 2013.
Such candidates will be admitted to the examination, if otherwise, eligible but their admission shall be deemed to be provisional and subject to cancellation, if they do not produce the proof of having passed the requisite examination which are required to be submitted to the Commission by the candidates who qualify in Written part of the examination prior to interview/ viva voce test or the main examination in the case of Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive Examination. Their candidature will however be finally accepted on production for PROOF OF HAVING PASSED THE QUALIFYING EXAMINATION IN ORIGINAL BEFORE THE DATE OF INTERVIEW TO BE FIXED BY THE COMMISSION FAILING WHICH THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO APPEAR IN THE INTERVIEW/ VIVA-VOCE TEST. If due to non holding of convocation the degree certificate cannot be produced then marksheet issued by competent authority should be produced as proof of having passed the qualifying examination and for the candidates of autonomous Colleges, THE MARKSHEET/ GRADE REPORT IN ORIGINAL issued by the Controller/ Dy. Controller, Asst. Controller/ Chief controller of examination of such autonomous colleges shall only be accepted.
IMPORTANT: Candidates are to ensure that, their eligibility for the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police APPSE (EG) in regard to physical and medical standard while submitting the application.
at present i am 28 years and 5 month.... am i eligible for the exam?
